Summary
Wooden heraldic shield, carved and painted. Two quarters with black ground and two with red ground. Top left with diagonal gold cross and four shells. Top right with brown chevron and three hawks. Lower right with brown cross and shell. Lower left with band of ermine tails and single gold chevron. Brown painted banner with black lettering 'Charles Wade 1920'. Marked on reverse in Wade's handwriting, 'Wade 2'. CPW Item number 31.
