Watercolour drawing - Seascape, The Silver of Morning, a watercolour by James Thomas Watts R.CMA. RBSA. Born in Birmingham and influenced by Ruskin and the PreRaphaelites. Fishing boats shown and a flock of sea gulls in evening light. Signed 'James T. Watts'. Mounted in a glazed and gilded frame with barley pattern.
