Box; Matchbox - Rectangular cardboard matchbox. Contains forty braided matches. Label reads 'Palmer and Sons. Braided Fixed Stars' and on the side 'Manufactured under Palace Works, Old Ford Rd, London'. Stored in 'Kentish Oasts' tin SNO.M.1595. In notebook no.5, page 5 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Top Royal no.28 Box of Palmers Braided "Fixed Stars"'.
