Summary
Mask from Bali of carved wood painted black, rubbed and worn all over. With plain slit eyes having real hair eyebrows and hinged with twine and metal elongated plainly carved ears. Slightly open mouth showing top teeth. Nostril holes .Face crowned by a plain band circlet. Two holes in top of head. Labe inside readsl: No. UA282 g 5’.
