Summary
Clarinet in B-flat, possibly Belgian, c.1850-60. Marked 'Liege' on head joint. Boxwood, four sections with ivory mounts, and 13 round brass keys. Mouthpiece not original, marked 'Buffet Crampon ? a Paris'. From Fenton and Sons, 11 New Oxford Street, London, 19th February 1917' 12s 6d but 'Bought by Charles Paget Wade from St. Neot's, October 1934 Clarionette 1s'. (M.Jessup).
