Summary

Iron latch mechanism. Heart shaped handle. Main body with thin 'column'-like details and two crescent moons either side of mechanism. Ending in a pointed, shaped head with three club shaped cut outs. Attached to plain iron band with circular perforation.

Provenance

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
