Summary
Rectangular tobacco tin in blue and green labelled 'WILL'S LEGATION NAVY CUT' tobacco. The tin contains remnants of flowers and a handwritten note by Commander Fred Hart which reads 'Peace perfect Peace - for oh!, how wondrous gentle and kind was she, with always a sweet natural desire, of heart and mind to do every good. Fred.'.
