Summary
Lock part - Iron rim lock. Backplate missing but clearly had two lock mechanisms, one used from the outside, one from the inside door. One ward on faceplate around keyhole, one around housing that located the other key. Bolt split along the length, inner shank sprung to bear on keys. End of bolt bevelled to enable door to be slammed shut. No visible marking. Paper tie label (SNO.M.576) attached.
