Summary
One of five Goffering irons. Iron tube, closed at one end, mounted via a curved support on a round pressed-in base with 'A Kenrick and Sons stamped on it. In notebook no.5, page 7 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Top Royal no.41 Three Italian irons'. Includes sketch of iron and heating poker.
