Summary
Iron toaster with sliding adjustment of distance of rack from fire, and hook for attaching to fire basket bars. Steel burnished. In notebook no.4, page 20 (1340945.4) Charles Wade refers to: 'Anns Room 31. A Toaster of bright iron to hook on fire bars & has a sliding adjustment. Scotch?' Includes sketch with dimensions.
