Copper armillary sphere painted red and decorated in gold with signs of the zodiac and the tropics marked, 'Tropic Cancri, Equator Coeli, Tropicus Caprino'. 'An Armillary sphere, designed by Charles Wade and made by George Hart the Chipping Campden silversmith, from Ashby's Guild of Craftsmen' (M. Jessup).
