Summary
Wooden armour box with hinged lid (hinges broken). Painted maroon with black edges. Two iron handles and lock (part of lock missing). Metal reinforcing brackets on corners of box and lid, and centre of lid sides. Paint in poor condition. Interior lined with paper. Paper in poor condition and peeling to reveal Japanese lettering on reverse.
