Summary

Washing cradle - Curved wooden frame; originally had four cross members but one now missing. No arrangements to take the pegs (feet). Presumably CPW Item 501 - 'Part of a washing cradle' (see F.728).

Provenance

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
