Summary
One of three wooden cheese moulds. One of these listed and illustarted by CPW under Item 408. In four pieces. Cylinder made from flat wood bent to a circle and perforated. Top and bottom are perforated discs with flange around and ribbed to facilitate drainage. Internal plate to sit on top of cheese is turned and convex one side.
