Summary
Revolving wooden baby walker consisting of tall wooden pole with attached length of wood with hole to fit child inside. Pole has a brass pivot in the top and a wooden handle to one side. Attached to the other side of the pole is a circular piece of wood in two parts, hinged by a leather strap and held together by a metal bar underneath and a leather strap at the join onto a wooden button. In notebook no.5, page 43 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Seventh Heaven no.108 Baby walker on turning post. Has an old Cottage pattern.' Includes sketch.
