Summary
Cobbler's/leather worker's edging tool. Wooden handle which holds a two pronged tool. One prong pointed, the other flat, slightly curved with a hooked end. Pivoting out of the tool below the flat prong is a metal bar, the end flattened and bent into a hook.Small metal plate nailed to the other end of the handle.
