Summary
Cobbler's/leather worker's edging tool. Curved, bone handles, into which is set a steel plate, with a right-angle bend at the end. On the opposite side to the way the end is bent is a length of metal with a slot down its centre, peg at one end, v-shaped pointer at the other, and through which are a screw and a wing-nut, removal of one allows the pointer to swing around. On the other side, stamped: 'Stevens 9 Park Lane London'.
