Summary
Cylindrical black and gold lacquered, Japanese wedding picnic box with four fitted compartments painted red inside. Base - Cylindrical container with recessed base. Sides painted gold with black abstract design and two black flowers. Interior and recessed lip, painted red. Cane carrying handle stapled to side of container, of three sections bound together along the top providing a base for metal handle. Lower centre section - cylindrical container with recessed base located on top of base container. Sides painted gold with black abstract design and two black flowers. Interior and recessed lip, painted red. Upper centre section - cylindrical container with recessed base located on top of centre container. Sides painted gold with black abstract design and four black designs. Interior and recessed lip, painted red. Lid - circular with top section slightly smaller than side. Painted gold with black abstract design, and three black floral designs on top.
