Summary
Small oriental lacquered stand in the Batsudan shrine. Mottled gold top with two gold lacquered sides. Resting on four inward curving, elephant's trunk shaped, gold legs on black lacquered base with pierced decoration to the centre. Frieze of the stand carved to flowing scroll shapes on four sides.
