Summary
One of two circular wooden, iron-bound water casks. Painted blue (now faded) with two carrying lugs. Inscribed 'W D 1862' around the War Department arrow. Cork bung missing.
Provenance
Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
