Summary
Architectural drawing - Plan by Charles Paget Wade on sugar paper in ink with pink wash. A second sheet of the paper as backing. Titled 'Rose Court'. Shading and gold leaf illuminations to lettering. Mother of pearl roundel pond inserted. To the left hand side are written the words of 'The Fairy Dance' by M. Deland and 'Charles Paget Wade did this December 1907'. The main label to the right hand side consists of a textile panel highlighted with gold leaf and surrounded by woven lilac ribbon. On reverse of backing, handwritten in pencil by CPW: ‘Note: in this design costs limited to about £400, therefore very small rooms’. (cf. SNO.D.817-819, SNO.D.909, SNO.D.923-925 and SNO.D.939).

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
