Summary
Coloured print entitled 'Triumph of Justice and the Supporters of Innocence' showing seated lady, Justice, blindfold, holding a sword and a shield inscribed ‘The people Brougham Denman Lushington & Others’, in a carriage drawn by two unicorns with a winged cherub carrying scales and flowers above. Beneath the title: 'Publish’d as the act directs Feby 8th 1821 by P & P Galley 9 Turnmill St Clerkenwell' . (Brougham, Lushington and Denman made speeches in defence of Caroline of Brunswick, wife of King George IV). One of a pair with 1329798/SNO.D.534.
