Summary
Coloured print entitled 'The Amiable Fruiterer' showing a lady in a garden setting picking apples from a tree with an urn of fruit in the foreground. She is standing in front of a river with domed building in the background. A garden seat and table surrounded by trellis covered with a grape vine to the right. At the bottom: 'Printed and sold by P and P Gally'. One of a pair with 1329793/SNO.D.529. In notebook no.5, page 12 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Lace Room no.98 26 Hans coloured prints many with stamped brass frames. Cottage favourites, as "The Affectionate Husband" "The first pledge of Love" "Persuasion" "Happiness" "The Charming Florist" "The Amiable Fruiterer" "The Affectionate Departure" "The happy Return" "Peace" & "Plenty" "Princess Charlotte & Prince Leopold in their Box at Covent Garden" & at Claremont Park.
