Summary
Coloured print entitled 'Its saved, Its saved' showing a sailor rescuing a woman and child from the sea in a storm. It is nighttime, there is a crescent moon. At left, the bowsprit of a ship with a figurehead of Roman soldier, The sailor hangs by rope attached to his left wrist and waist and looped over the bowsprit. At bottom left of picture: 'London, J Fairburn'.and at bottom right 'Fairburn 110 Minories'. Holes in the picture. It has been reframed.
