Summary
Figure; Boy and Girl - Terracotta painted figure of a boy wearing a blue coat and girl wearing a purple dress, white shawl, yellow bonnet, gloves and carrying some books. Impressed mark on the base 'BB 2807'. Written in pencil on bottom 'MIA'. ['Church going people', by Millicent Sowerby.] In notebook no.5, page 41 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Seventh Heaven no.88 'Terracotta figures painted. Blue coat boy and girl. "Church going People" by Millicent Sowerby, see her drawing in "Afternoon Tea" painting book'.
