Look out for this HUGE egg that is awaiting your discovery within the house. Visually the pale surface of the Ostrich egg appears to be spinkled with demerara sugar. Just imagine if it was really made from white chocolate.

Ostrich egg (cream)
Provenance
Mrs Tudor Perkins said that this egg was in the Cabinet of Curiosities when she came to the house in the 1970s. It was probably acquired by Stella Tudor (1883-1975) who was teaching pianoforte in South Africa in 1916. She was owner of A la Ronde 1969-1975. Purchased from Mrs Tudor Perkins in 1991.
