Teapot stand, porcelain, of lobed hexagonal section, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China, c. 1730; decorated in underglaze blue, overglaze polychrome enamels with a peony tree issuing from rockwork, a lonely bird.

Part of a collection of Chinese ceramics. Probably purchased from or donated by Mrs Gage of Topsham.
