Summary
Mason's dinner plate, 'ironstone china' , transfer-printed in blue and painted with iron-red enamels in the Imari palette, but executed in a chinoiserie design, circa 1813-29. According to Malcolm Lewin, Mason's Collectors Club, the pattern is unrecorded.
Provenance
Bequest of Dr Spivey of Sidmouth, February 1988. Not part of the original 1991 purchase and presumably placed in A La Ronde by the National Trust
