Summary
A stone scraper made of hardstone, with a carved handle and carved linear pattern on the body of the scraper. Associated label - Stone Scraper Chilcotin District of British Columbia. Very Ancient. Used for scrapping deer and moose skins and removing hair and fat. Collected 1902. Part of Lord Egerton's collection of ethnographic objects once displayed in the Tenants' Hall.
