Summary
A 'Djitruti' Somali (Djibouti) knife, with separate sheath, with Lord Egerton's number 509I. The knife with wooden hilt attached to double edged steel blade with copper rivets. Antelope skin sheath with copper wire and sheet copper decoration. Collected 1939. Part of Lord Egerton's collection of ethnographic objects once displayed in the Tenants' Hall.
