A corn mortar made from a turned piece of 'druba' wood, with incised linear and circular decoration. Lord Egerton's number 191E. Collected from Roseires, Sudan 1927. Part of Lord Egerton's collection of ethnographic objects once displayed in the Tenants' Hall. Clearly labelled as a corn mortar by Lord Egerton, this is more likely to be a coffee mortar (MEG)
