Summary
One of a set of architectural drawings for Tatton, this part of a set of five plans for a third design, unexecuted, for completing the house on a reduced scale, shown with and without a semi-circular library to the east, for Wilbraham Egerton circa 1807. This is a presentation copy of the ground plan (TAT/D/3/22.1), showing part of the surviving portion of the old house, the completed part of the 'Grand Design' and the proposed semicircular Library wing. Executed in pen, wash and pink wash; by Lewis Wyatt.
