Summary

A lady's dressing case, made 1866-67. Brass bound, ebony dressing case, the fitted glass toilet bottles and boxes with engraved silver lids, applied with the letter 'A'; set turquoise and other fittings. Made for Alice Egerton (1836-1868), sister of Wilbraham Egerton and Alan de Tatton Egerton.
