Summary
A waistcoat made circa 1900, part of a fancy dress costume. The waistcoat is made from cotton in plain weave printed in green, grey, purple and yellow glazed with a repeat design of posies of roses. Lined with undyed cotton twill weave and with trimmings of nine brass buttons, two flapped patch pockets.
