A glazed painted wooden case containing two Old English pheasants standing on branches decorated with grasses and moss against a painted blue background. Part of Lord Egerton's collection formerly displayed in the Tenants' Hall.
Egerton collection devised to the National Trust in 1960 by Maurice, 4th Baron Egerton of Tatton (1874-1958)
