Summary

A mahogany Hepplewhite elbow chair, 19th Century. Shield shaped back with pierced and fluted vertical splat, square tapered supports, square stretcher rails, sprung seat, covered in floral, printed tapestry.

Egerton collection devised to the National Trust in 1960 by Maurice, 4th Baron Egerton of Tatton (1874-1958)
