Summary
A mahogany secretaire bookcase (a), mid 19th Century. Moulded cornice, upper section enclosed by two glazed doors with moulded astragals, lower section with one long fitted drawer, fall front cock beaded, brass knob handles, cupboard under with two panel doors, on plinth base (b) with swap bracket supports. Attributed to Gillows of Lancaster.
