Summary
A set of five mahogany writing tables, circa 1811-1812, made by Gillows of Lancaster. With turned and reeded supports, having a reeded edge to the top with rounded corners. Fitted two frieze drawers, with dummies on the reverse side, a well at the back which contains a pen tray, and is covered with a hinged lid, brass handles.
