Summary
One of twenty four plates from a dessert service comprising twenty-four plates, soft-paste porcelain, French moulded foliate border, painted in enamels with large bouquet in the centre surrounded by bird, fruit and flowers on the rim, gold dentil border, possibly painted by Thomas Pardoe (1770-1823), impressed ‘Nant-garw/C.W’, Nantgarw, Wales, c. 1818-20.There ia a crack round the rim on the underside.
