Summary

A metal and black rubber stirrup pump. The turned wooden handle is attached to a metal frame shaped like a stirrup. When this is pulled up and down it operates a rod up and down which activates the pump. A pair of shaped red metal bars is attached to a circular foot at one end and one side of the pump at the other. Blackrubber encloses the bottom half of the pump rod. It ends in a metal mesh.
