Summary
Ornamental gilded copper weathervane, with internal lead weighting, in the shape of a golden cockerel, with wrought iron decorative, scrolled bracket showing 'N,S,E,W' in gilded metal lettering. The weathervane is visible on an 1889 drawing by Edmund Hodgkinson (Grayson and Ould Architects) and an 1895 photograph of the front of the house.
