Summary
Watercolour drawing - Watercolour of the drawing room at Rossetti's home shortly after his death, shows the length of the room looking towards the dresser at one end, the windows to left. Glazed in wide giltwood frame with ribbed outer border.

Previously on loan from Imogene Angeli, Mrs Dennis (d. 1993); purchased from her son Mr Dennis, April 1997 aided by a grant from the National Art Collections Fund
Marks and inscriptions
Mr Robinson (Architect and Conoisseur, father of Mary Darmesteter made this drawing just before the contents of 16 Cheyne Walk were despatched consequent upon DGR's death,and he kindly presented it to me WMR. (written in ink on reverse)
