Summary
A light green screw fit "Burchett's Colour Screen" No I. "No I screen may be employed for very rapid effects and for portraiture. Whilst not perhaps giving the fine results obtained with the use of the green and yellow glass, it has sufficient orthochromatic effect to improve vastly the rendering of skies and foliage, whilst barely doubling the exposure." Kodak Limited, 1904, "Price List of General Photographic Aparatus and Materials."
Provenance
Originally belonged to GBS, who gave it to Rev Davies of Ayot St Lawrence in late 1940s. Donated to Shaw's Corner by his son John Davies in 2012.
