A mahogany hat stand with four tiers of three upturned S-curve arms, all attached to central baluster column on shaped tripod legs, with ball finial.

Provenance

The Shaw Collection. The house and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by George Bernard Shaw in 1950, together with Shaw's photographic archive.
