Scroll above bearing description of picture, the ends held by armed and winged saints, the one at left standing on a dragon and the other on an eagle. Scroll with dedication below centre, below left small plan with street names and buildings numbered and at right a panel with list of building numbers and names. Gilt and green wood frame with beaded inner edge, glazed.
