Summary
Marble niches with shells carved in yellow Torre marble by Michelangelo Montresor in Verona in November 1847, and the back from blocks of purple and white 'mischio di Seravezza' or 'fleur de pecher'. The were shipped with the carved Biancone pilasters (architraves) 'after two years of continued labor'. The architraves are of Biancone marble.
