Summary
Ebonised upright piano by Schiedmayer and Söhne, (No. 14959, probably dating from c.1889), seven octaves (AAA - a4) straight-strung with under-dampers up to c’’’. Two pedals, right for damper sustain and left for ‘half blow’. Folding front music desk and two swivel candlesticks. The case raised on castors.
