Summary
Print, engraving, The Hercules Fountain (after Jean Lepautre) by Jean Leblond (c.1590/1594 - 1666). Engraving backed with hessian, a classical fountain with Renaissance building in background, by 'Le Blond avec privilege' and 'le Potre in et fe'. These 17th century engravings are not in good condition but stable and at some time have been housed in loose leaf book which has left holes with rusted edges. Whether the hessian backing was applied as a repair/strengthening or as a backing possibly for applying to walls direct (print room style) is not clear.
