Print, engraving, Gertrude Eleonore (Emilie) Nottebohm, later Mrs John Mathison Fraser (b.1814), as a young girl after Ary Scheffer (Dordrecht 1795 – Argenteuil 1858). 'Emilie, wife of John Matherson Fraser (1813-1887)', showing a young girl sitting under a tree in front of a house with her hat at her feet. She seems to be taking flowers from a basket on the table while making a garland. A letter in French lies on the table. From a painting by Schaeffer.
