Summary
Possibly part of an electrical fire. Rusted metal outside with two cracked and broken rectangular white stone plates on the bottom. One side has 3 wires sticking out that are bound together to make one large wire which has a frayed end. On the top there are what appears to be the heating filaments. Object stored upside down as it is too fragile to turn over.
